It's a soft plush ball with a motor inside, so it's for chase, carry and tug, not for shredding: if your dog destroys every toy in minutes, play together and put it away when the chewing starts. How do I charge it?
Open the hidden zipper and plug the inner ball into the USB-C cable from the box. Any regular phone charger or laptop port works.
Does it work on carpet?
It plays best on hard floors and low rugs. On thick, fluffy carpet it moves more slowly.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean the fabric with a damp cloth and let it dry. Don't soak it or put it in the washing machine, there's a motor inside.
Is it chew-proof?
No. Nothing with a motor inside is. It's built for chase, carry and tug, so keep big chewers supervised.
